SnapinAI LLC (“SnapinAI”, “we” or “us”) provides phone, recording, messaging, voicemail, virtual receptionist and assistant services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you’re a customer of a business that uses SnapinAI (for example, you called or texted a shop), that business decides how your information is used, and we process it on their behalf. Contact the business with questions about their practices.

• Account information: names, email addresses, phone numbers and business details of the businesses and employees who use SnapinAI.
• Call and message content: call recordings, transcripts, voicemails, text messages and details extracted from them, such as names, vehicles, prices and appointment times.
• Call and message records: phone numbers, dates, times, durations and routing information.
• Appointments and requests: callback requests and bookings made by phone, text, email, chat or web.
• Usage and device information: how the Service is used, IP addresses, browser and device type, and logs.

• To provide the Service: connect, record and transcribe calls, deliver messages and voicemails, answer and route calls, book appointments, and answer questions about past conversations.
• To flag urgent calls and filter spam.
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To support customers and communicate about the Service.
• To maintain and improve the Service.
• To comply with the law.

We don’t sell personal information.

Calls through SnapinAI are recorded and transcribed, and callers hear an announcement that the call is being recorded. Recordings and transcripts are available to the business you called and its authorized employees.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers needed to deliver messages, such as phone carriers. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts from a business, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We use automated systems, including AI models from trusted providers, to transcribe calls, extract details, run the virtual receptionist and answer questions. These providers process data only to provide those functions to us, and aren’t permitted to use it to train their own models.

• With the business: recordings, transcripts and messages are shared with the business you interacted with.
• Service providers: carriers, hosting, AI and support providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that protect your information.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of SnapinAI, our customers or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We keep recordings, transcripts and messages for as long as the business’s account is active, or until the business deletes them. After an account closes, we delete its data within a reasonable period unless we’re required to keep it.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected parties of a breach as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, or to object to how it’s used. Businesses can manage their data in SnapinAI or contact us. If a business you dealt with uses SnapinAI, you can contact them, or us, and we’ll help pass your request along.

The Service is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we’ll let you know before they take effect.
