Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SnapinAI’s phone, recording, messaging, voicemail, virtual receptionist and assistant services (the “Service”) provided by SnapinAI LLC (“SnapinAI”, “we” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you” or “Customer”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account, for the employees you invite to it, and for everything done under it. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us right away at admin@snapin.ai if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Call recording and consent

The Service records and transcribes calls. By default, calls play an announcement that the call is being recorded. Recording laws vary by location, and some require consent from everyone on the call.

  • You’re responsible for complying with all recording, consent and notice laws that apply to your calls.
  • If you turn off or change the recording announcement, you’re responsible for getting any consent the law requires.
  • You won’t use the Service to record anyone unlawfully.

4. Calls and text messages

When you call or text from the Service, the other party sees your business number. You agree to:

  • Only send texts to people who have agreed to hear from you, and honor opt-out requests such as “STOP”.
  • Follow the laws and carrier rules that apply to calling and texting, including telemarketing and anti-spam laws.
  • Not use the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging, robocalls, or to impersonate anyone.

You confirm that you have the right to use any phone number you bring to the Service.

5. Emergency calls

The Service is not a replacement for a traditional phone line for emergency calls. Emergency calling (such as 911) may not be available or may not share your correct location through the Service. Always keep another way to reach emergency services.

6. Virtual receptionist and assistant

The virtual receptionist and assistant use automated systems, including AI, to answer calls, screen spam, route callers, take messages, book appointments, transcribe conversations and answer your questions. These systems can make mistakes. Check important details, such as prices, appointment times and transcripts, before relying on them. You’re responsible for the information you give the receptionist to share with callers.

7. Acceptable use

You won’t use the Service to:

  • Break any law or anyone’s rights.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone.
  • Interfere with the Service, or try to access it or its data without permission.
  • Resell the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend the Service if we reasonably believe your use breaks these Terms or puts others at risk.

8. Your data

You own your recordings, transcripts, messages, voicemails and other content (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to store and process Customer Data to provide, secure and improve the Service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

9. Fees

You agree to pay the fees for your plan as agreed with us. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We’ll give you notice before changing your fees.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. When your account ends, you can ask us to export your Customer Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but calls, texts, recordings and transcripts depend on carriers, networks and other services outside our control, and we don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SnapinAI won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, including from missed calls or messages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You’ll defend and hold SnapinAI harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms, including claims about call recording, consent or messaging.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you and SnapinAI consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
